At Erthy, we want your grounding setup to feel simple — from the moment you order to the first night you sleep connected.
Every order includes free delivery, tracking, and a 60-night risk-free trial.
Shipping
Free Delivery
Every Erthy order ships free. Most orders arrive within 7–10 days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.
Order Processing
Most orders ship within 1–3 days of being placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out at support@geterthy.com and we'll track it down.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. If you catch a mistake, contact us immediately at support@geterthy.com. We'll do our best to update it before fulfillment, but can't guarantee changes once the order is in process.
Returns
60-Night Risk-Free Trial
Every Erthy Grounding Sheet Kit is covered by a 60-night risk-free trial. Set it up. Sleep grounded. Give your body time to adjust. If it's not for you, contact us within 60 nights of delivery and we'll take care of you.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your request must be made within 60 days of delivery. The main kit components should be included and the product should not be damaged, heavily stained, or intentionally misused. Normal use during the trial is completely fine — we expect you to actually try it.
How to Start a Return
Email support@geterthy.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief note on why you're returning. We'll reply with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 days for it to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@geterthy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
